Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes we do.

Can my orders be printed on a variety of colored paper?
Yes, you can choose up to four different paper colors per 100 buttons.

If I order 100 buttons can I get multiple designs?
Yes, you can get up to four different designs per 100 buttons. If you want additional designs per 100 then there is a $1 set-up fee per design.

Can I order a quantity that I don’t see on your site?
Yes, tell us what quantity you want and we’ll give you a quote.

What do all the design categories entail? What will I get with text only, minor touch-up, etc...?
Text only- This is if you need just text setup on the button. The text setup also includes coloring for the text and background color on the button.
Minor Touch-up- This refers to images sent to us that may need a background color added, need to be cut or cropped, or other basic adjustments.
Major Touch-up- This refers to images that need time consuming adjustments. Examples would include square images that need to be converted to a circle, color alterations, and extension of bleed colors.
Text with submitted graphic- You send us an image and tell us where you want the text and we place it.
Text with graphic to be found- You tell us what type of image you are looking for and we will find it. The cost is the same for this service whether we add text or not.

Can you make my band/group t-shirts?
Maybe. Occasionally we will take t-shirt orders; however, we have some basic guidelines you should consider before contacting us.
1) The artwork must be simple. This means no extremely detailed lines, one color, and all wording is about 18 font or larger. This is because we do not use photo emulsion to create our screens. For us, screen making is an art and meditation best done by hand.
2) Some of your lines may not be perfectly straight or line up with the artwork perfectly. This is a result of hand painting the screen.
3) All silk screening is done on sweat-free apparel. This means the cost may be slightly higher than some other places you can find. We believe the guarantee that workers are not being exploited is well worth the few extra dollars in material costs. Additionally, we have found that sweat-free apparel is a higher quality poduct.
If you think you might still be interested in having us make shirts for you, then contact us with the image and the number of shirts desired and we can talk about our availability and some possible prices/options.

Can you make my band/group patches?
Maybe. The guidelines above apply to patches as well (with a little variation). We try to do the silk screening on recycled cloth as often as possible. If you think you might be interested in having us print patches for you then just ask and we’ll go from there.

Do you have package deals?
Not yet, but maybe soon.

If I find a lower price advertised somewhere else will you beat it?
Possibly. We want to provide some of the cheapest prices out there; however, there are some deals we just can’t beat. For example, we will not try to beat sale prices. Send us the place you found it, we’ll take a look, and we can talk.

Can I get a refund on my button order?
We generally do not offer full refunds, but there are a few different options.
1) The first is a partial refund. You send us the buttons back and we can refund all but the material cost of the buttons.
2) We can remake the buttons for you at a discounted price.
3) If they are buttons we can reuse, then we will give you an 85% refund.
Regardless, the first thing you need to do is send us an email with the problem and we can go from there.

Why does your site say shipping is included in the cost, but I am being charged for shipping with my order?
Shipping is included in the cost of orders for custom jobs. If you are being charged shipping, it means you ordered products from our catalogue which do not include shipping in the price.
