Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes we do.

Can my orders be printed on a variety of colored paper?
Yes, you can choose up to four different paper colors per 100 buttons.

If I order 100 buttons can I get multiple designs?
Yes, you can get up to four different designs per 100 buttons. If you want additional designs per 100 then there is a $1 set-up fee per design.

Can I order a quantity that I don’t see on your site?
Yes, tell us what quantity you want and we’ll give you a quote.

Can you make my band/group t-shirts?
Nop. We are no longer taking custom apparel orders.

Can you make my band/group patches?
Please see above.

I have this great idea for a shirt. Will you make it?
Maybe. Email us your idea. If we like it and it's a design we are able to fit into our production schedule, we can make it and we will send you a shirt for free (sorry we can't pay $ - hopefully one day we'll be able to though).

Can I visit Can't Afford Em Buttons?
We don't really encourage it. In the past, we ran our business from a community center with tons of space and encouraged people to come take a look around, work with us, or just hangout. Unfortunatly the center had to close and our office/production space is now crammed into a small room that doesn't lend itself well to visitors. You can take a look at our list of selling dates and come visit us at one of those though!

If I find a lower price advertised somewhere else will you beat it?
Possibly. We want to provide some of the cheapest prices out there; however, there are some deals we just can’t beat. For example, we will not try to beat sale prices. Send us the place you found it, we’ll take a look, and we can talk.

Can I get a refund on my button order?
If there is something wrong with the buttons and we are at fault, we will give you a full refund or remake the order for you...your choice. If you get the buttons and then realize you got too many, they don't look the way you'd hoped, etc...there's probably not too much we can do. But shoot us an email, tell us what's up and we'll see if we can get something worked out.

Why does your site say shipping is included in the cost, but I am being charged for shipping with my order?
Shipping is included in the cost of orders for custom jobs. If you are being charged shipping, it means you ordered products from our catalogue which do not include shipping in the price.

I think I'm being overcharged for shipping...what should I do?
Don't panic. We've recently implemented a system which charges shipping based on weight. 99% of the time, this system works great and charges the correct amount for shipping. The other 1% falls into this weird loophole we haven't found a way to avoid. It ultimatly comes down to a combination of the items you're purchasing and your location. So rest assured, if you bought a handful of buttons and stickers and are getting charged $15 for shipping, we'll adjust the amount and refund whatever extra shipping was charged.
