Computer Lab
With computers graciously donated by NYC Indymedia and social justice activists throughout New York, the Red Roots computer lab provides a space for internet use and graphic design to folks in the South Bronx. Many Red Roots workshops use the computer lab for graphic design, and the lab is also available during an open studio time each week.

Lending Library
The Red Roots lending library is a growing collection of books, journals and zines that visitors are welcome to peruse and borrow from at their leisure. It features hundreds of books including fiction, non-fiction (history, politics & theory, gender & sexuality, race & ethnicity, religion, education), poetry, reference, children's, art & photography and zines. A searchable catalog of the entire library collection is available on-site, as well as through the bookish social networking site Librarything.com.
